Last night, I had a dream (hold on to your seat husband!). I dreamed that my husband took on a 2nd wife! Yeah OK guys, you can laugh all you want. Sounds funny eh? It sure was not funny when I was dreaming at that time. It was hurt, nothing but hurt.
In the dream, when I asked my husband why he married another, he said, ‘I don’t know. She needed someone to take care of her’. No, don’t know why, there was no scene ala ‘Madu Tiga’ where the husband was weaving in and out of the rooms and apek telujun pokok. But I was calm. Crying quietly, I just turned around and all of a sudden, I realized that I was in a rich green meadow. Punyalah sedih hatiku dirobek, felt like in bollywood. Change of scene in a split second…
After walking in the meadow for a while, the scene changed again. Like a powerpoint presentation, I was in an oil refinery…you know, with large metal oil ‘building’ containers with spiral staircases? All of a sudden, I had my daughter with me and I was holding her hand trying to climb the staircase (don’t ask me where my son was) with my husband chasing after me. Yes, I was still crying, so sedih. Then when I turned, the metal containers blasted around me. And then I didn’t know what happened to my husband…
It was just a dream, permainan tidur. I woke up still feeling hurt, but it didn’t affect my feelings for my husband (but if it really happened, life goes on kan?). When I told my husband about my dream, he said, ‘So was she fat and ugly?’ very funny!!!
Maybe semalam tak basuh kaki or tak cuci muka. Sebab tuh mimpi suami kawin lagi :)

ohhh kesian you mimpi yang bukan2...!!! Anyway, it was just a dream, right? It'll be forgotten in a couple of days :) And how funny of your husband to make that comment *LOL*
Anyway, about that topic, hai, eventhough the religion allows Muslim men to have 4 wives [and some even create their own rules to have more than 4], I am SOOOO AGAINST IT! I don't care what other Muslims say, but I'd rather be alone and on my own than having to share a husband. Why torture myself, right. Today's women can be independent, have skyrocketing careers and be more successful then men, without having to have a husband. Let alone to share one. So what with the theory that there are more women than men on this planet and all women have to share the # of men there are left. Please lah... life has got to be more than just about sharing husbands, or husbands taking on more wives. A lot of times it is not about sharing his wealth equally, or to procreate, or coz his first wife is a vegetable, you know what I mean ;) But then to each his own, right. And that's just my 5 cents worth of opinion :D Yang sakit hatinye, dulu my Catholic exbf got to know abt this, he was like, ok I'm going to have 3 more wives after I get married to u!!! Tak geram!! Heheheee! Sekarang, kalau ada those kinds of signs, I'm kicking him to the curb. *LOL*
naz, well sometimes i cried when i get such dreams. sometimes geram and i would pull the blanket off my husband hahaha.

thank goodness my husband was not brought up with the 'ok to polygamy' religion or country. so i knw that that would not happen.
nope i wouldnt even share my husband with anyone other than myself!!!

I have had dreams like that before, not as dramatic, but yup he took another one alright! And I was there, to consent it!! Melalak you..especially having to babai them off for their honeymoon! PAINFUL!!

Ely, that's so true! Satu dah tak terdaya, apa lagi 2, let alone 4! But then I've heard lah, some of these men making only S$1000 a month and can have more than 1 wife... apa magic dia pakai pun tak tahu.
I don't know much about Judaism, but is polygamy allowed? Or are they strictly monogomous?
So far I belum ada that dream... belum ada husband! :D But it's weird, after dreaming something not good, terbawak2 pulak the emotions... lepas tu kesian orang tu kena marah!!! hehehe

Like what Mycottonbed's mommy said, dreams usually turn out to be in the opposite. Someone told me that if we dream that we're crying (tak kisah lah pasal apa, orang meninggal ke, anak hilang ke, suami kahwin lagi ke..) .. it's usually a good sign, i.e. that something good's comin' up. So look to sunny blue skies and not dowdy grey showers, aight? :)
